“The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice”

“BAR WAS VERY BUSY, ORDERED FOOD ARRIVED NO CUTLERY OR CONDIMENTS, WAITRESS SAID SHE WOULD BRING THEM TO ME AFTER 15MINS AND TRYING TO GET SOMEONES ATTENTION I GAVE UP AND WENT BACK TO MY ROOM WITH MY BEER. SAW RECEPTION IN THE MORNING TOLD TO EMAIL THEM WHICH HAS BEEN DONE NO REFUND JUST PASSING IT ACROSS TO SOMEONE ELSE SURELY SOMEONE SHOULD TAKE RESPONSABILITY AND JUST CREDIT THE FOOD I DID NOT GET TO EAT AS IT WAS STONE COLD.”

“Bar prices were a bit confusing different prices for same drink for members of our group.Helpful staff when asked of i could change rooms.Felt a little hurried at evening meals but waiting on staff did an excellent job .”

“This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.”

“This is a reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Blackpool. The carpets in the stairs and corridors in particular are in need of a thorough deep clean; the rooms themselves had been well looked after. Location wise, it is a great place to stay, and we were very happy with the price we paid for a weekend stay in May. ”

“Lovely place to stay, Could of done with being cleaner as i did have to wipe alot of things down because of the grime, Instructions would of been nice as we couldn’t work the hot tub properly and there was no hot water, Also could only get netflix on the tv as it would not allow us on anything else. With their being residents also there was alot of outside noise.”
