“Excellent location on Negril beach! Cute little boutique hotel! Clean! Very friendly staff! We were there in the off season, June. It was quiet and the restaurant was closed, following the breakfast service. Spa was also closed. Lots of options nearby though for food and massages! Our goal was relaxation and we accomplished the task! The waters here are amazing! Saw a stingray right off the beach and definitely recommend the bioluminescence lagoon tour!”

“There were so many amazing aspects to our stay at this hotel. Firstly, the hotel staff incredibly warm, very very accommodating, welcoming and overall amazing. Furthermore, the rooms had gorgeous artwork on the walls, the room, balcony and bathrooms were clean, spacious for three guests and came stocked with towels and soap. Our room, the Hummingbird, included a kitchenette and tv which were much appreciated. Additionally, the restaurant staff were friendly as well. We were able to dine on……

“The room was nice and cozy, with AC and a fan. The bathroom was equipped with a line for wet bathsuits and had hot water. There's a bar on site, and when I expressed a preference for Red Stripe Mango, it was stocked at the bar. I was got rides to various local establishments, including 7-mile Beach. I was also able to secure R/T airport transfer for a very reasonable fee. This was my first time on the Westend, and I really enjoyed my stay at Paradise on the Rock. I will definitely come back.……

“We spent the time there for work purpose. The room floor was dirty as if it wasn't cleaned had a little sand and lint. The internet was not working the first night the TV cable was viewable. Customer service was poor, no professional welcome and we were left waiting for assistant while the receptionist was having her own time speaking with a friend. The matress was uncomfortable and it didn't have any protector. The sheet had stain on it and the rags were yellow.”
