Great staff. Nice room. I received an upgrade and was surprised to have a jacuzzi in our room. Some changes were made at hotel which were disappointing otherwise I would have given 5 stars as in the past. There was always fresh fruit (bananas, oranges & apples)in the lobby when we checked in but ...

So glad to find a hotel that allows pets as I was traveling with my dog. The weather was bad due to a snowstorm but we were cozy in our room. The girls at the front desk were very helpful.
