“For starters, the staff was great and very helpful. Check-in was quick and efficient, and I was in and out promptly. My only complaints were related to the room and amenities. While the overall cleaning was decent, there were a few areas that appeared to have been overlooked. The linens were clean, and the shower/tub was well maintained, but the bed itself was very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I also noticed that housekeeping did not fully clean my room……

“The room was very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. The only issue we had was people in the room above us walked and ran back and forth sounding like a bunch of horses. May have been kids as well . Next time it will be top floor for us.”

“Comfort Inn in Mount Airy is an excellent hotel! The staff was outstanding-so accommodating! The room was spotless! Great parking! We will return soon! And loved the lemon water offered in the afternoon.”

“They had a storm and were out of power. A lot of unhappy people. They got a lot of feedback about the power coming on. I was just exhausted too much construction in 3 prior states. The water was still on, the rooom was cool and I slept very well. Decent breakfast in the am.”
