“It was a very small, but clean room with a queen size bed, one chair, full bathroom, microwave, coffee maker and a refrigerator. Total area measured about 10x15. It had a small window AC that did work well but was noisy. Mattress was very uncomfortable and should be replaced. The worse thing for me was the road noise as the room was 10’ from the road where vehicles stopped at a light. The owner, Linda, was very nice and helpful. If you are looking for a no frills place then this will work……

“Based on what I understood from Expedia, breakfast was included but what I likely missed is that breakfast was served (but not included in price of stay). We didn't eat any meals. Staff was incredibly friendly, gave excellent dining suggestions, and offered seconds on the amazing cookies that were present in the room on arrival. Complimentary bicycles, lawn games were put to good use. Definitely staying at this property/inn again in the future.”

“The room we had was nice however we asked for the room to be cleaned on our 2nd full day and it didn’t happen. We had to request additional rolls of toilet paper. The room was supposed to have a hair dryer as well but it was not supplied. As for the continental breakfast, the selection was not great. If you didn’t get down to the breakfast when it first started, you didn’t have much to choose from. We chose to go out for breakfast due to the lack of food. The parking situation definitely……
