“Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt.
Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine.”
“Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Klimaanlage defekt.
“Big car park, food court within the door step of the hotel, petrol station on site next to the motorway overall experience very good I would recommend this property”
) otroligt omodernt. Restaurangen serverade god (men dyr mat).
“If I could give negative stars I would.
This was the worst stay of my life and we are now in a lawsuit.
Not only did the property lock me out of the room (bad battery on electric keypad) they lied and kept me out 3 different times at two different rooms.
The representatives for the company moved me to another room after missing two days… no medication, no toilet, no food & no access to any of my belongings.
When I arrived home they sent me an email link to pay the difference for a room upgrade……
“The manager family & staff were exceptionally helpful & professional. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary as well as the delicious egg omelet. Our room was lovely & comfortable. Chris was very helpful in helping us set up our car navigation system! A very pleasant stay & experience.”
“A gem of a guest house style hotel tucked away up an atmospheric mountain road at the foot of a number of trails, surrounded by forest and with a stream across the front of the property. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options including authentic curry options alongside the more traditional menu. We had a room for 4 which was large enough for two adults and two teenagers. No a/c but with the cooler……
“Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the lake that’s about 5 minutes away. Beautiful Mountain View. Definitely worth it super close to the town of Villach. We be back for sure!”
