Rooms were clean and modern, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. The area for breakfast was clean, bright and inviting. It was a great location for my family to stay on our recent trip to visit. Easy to get into downtown Toronto (25 min by car and close to public transit) to catch a baseball game and close to the zoo.

I had a good experience with the hotel. During our stay, they have helped us switched to a quiet room due to construction across the street. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the room rate is very affordable! This is always our first choice when we visit Toronto!

The rooms are cleaned every other day so keeps it refreshed. The breakfast had some options and unlike some hotels they allow you take it up to your room so you arent forced to stay and eat. The location was within proximity of the transit stops so easy to explore the city if you arent driving.

The outside doesn’t look great, but the inside is better , the staffs was nice and the place is clean . My only negative comment will be the A/C that makes a LOT of noise at night. The units stop and go all night. Breakfast was surprisingly good .

It was awonderful for my first stay with the Spark brand. The night check in agent was very pleasant and helpful. As a disabled traveller, I found the room very accessible from both inside and out, the beds were very comfortable. I arrived very late, so didn't take advantage of the included breakfast, however all day coffee was greatly needed and appreciated. I will certainly book again based on this first experience there.

Few issues with room on check in, however evening manager was responsive and had it checked quickly then moved to another room. Staff professional, lobby, breakfast area and rooms were very clean. Spark level hotel means sparse, so ammenities limited - continental breakfast minimal value for the money
