Overall, the rooms have comfortable beds, my room did not smell, and the staff was friendly. It seems to be an older establishment, the one thing that I didn’t like was the carpet in the rooms was very worn and dirty, most likely because of extreme use. Same situation in the hallways. But for the price point, it’s a good option.

I don't care about a few stains on the carpet, the room was clean, I liked the shower, bed was comfortable. Wasn't my favorite that there is construction all around but i paid a reasonable rate and received good service so I can overlook that. The pool and hot tub were nice touches but I think they maybe use too many chemicals, and the jets in the hot tub sound like they are on their last legs, also would have been nice to use the sauna but it was out of order. Overall I am happy with my stay

The staff were excellent I have no complaints there. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The walls however are paper thin and I might as well have been in the room with my neighbours as the spoke on the phone on speaker or too each other from 5:30-7:30 am on a Sunday morning. The room I had was ground floor facing the parking lot where a couple was having a domestic argument at 1 am. I will not stay there again because of the lack of sound proofing between rooms.

We were only here for a night as a quick stop so expectations were low for what we needed. We arrived to find the place completely under construction which we weren’t made aware of when booking. We were told at check-in that the construction is from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Check-in and out was easy. We were woken up just after 7 from the construction in the morning and the rooms themselves are not quiet. You can hear everything in the hallways and neighbouring rooms. One of the beds had someone else’s fake eyelashes in it so they don’t change the bedding between occupants and there are quite a few stains. When we mentioned that it was quite loud and the eyelashes at checkout, they guy said “okay” and took our keys and that was it. Side note: the breakfast at the hotel restaurant is not edible and we all go sick from it and hour later.

The customer service is great and the staff was very helpful with and efficient with my check and check out. However, the hotel is very run down. The hallway to the room looked like something from a horror movie with stains everywhere, and then when you get into the room your first impression is okay but after a closer look at everything you really start to notice stuff. Mold in the bathroom, the light fixtures are loose on the wall, the stains on the chair in the corner, the stains on the light fixture as well, and it was just hard to be comfortable in a room like that. The gym they have there is also very run down, one of their two treadmills was out of service and their cable machine was broken. And I didn't go in it but from the looks of the pool it looked pretty rough as well. Again, the staff was great but once the new hotel next to it is finished they should probably consider bulldozing that place.
