“Room was clean, and the staff helpful when they could. BUT .. Check in was lengthy and fully digital complicated. Room quite small and no real outside view. I felt like being part of the maintenance and not a hotel guest.”

“I originally booked this room because a member of my party deals with travel anxiety and the room looked absolutely gorgeous. We got instructions to get to the hotel the day of the stay only to find out its a different property. We get to the room and it is completely different from what we had originally booked. There was no warning for this in the listing or any messages sent before. The room was filthy, the walls were beaten up, the sheets and pillows stained, the toilet dirty, the bathroom……
