“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“Little gem to rest after a busy day exploring the town and enjoying the beach. Stunning view from the back terrace. Seems like the small pool in the area it’s being repaired but we did not have expectations of using it.
The owner responds very fast, he was flexible with our requests and him and his staff are very polite.

“The property is located in residential neighborhood. It was clean, and ready for us when we got there. The owner was responsive, respectful and friendly. There could have been a few more linens: washcloths, hand towels, potholders and 'starter' condiments like coffee filters and salt/pepper/sugar. Overall, this was an affordable accommodation for our first visit to Puerto Rico. ”
