“Good stay at a great value for early summer in this tourist town. This was a recently renovated hotel, it was adequate for our needs and the value couldn't be beat. The room was comfortable but would be nice to have a table and chairs in the room as well, though we were assigned an accessible room when we didn't need that, a walk in shower was nice though. Floors need a good mopping but I find that almost all hotel floors are a bit grimy.”

“Only complaint is the air conditioner wasn’t up to par… turned the thermostat down to 50 degrees just to get the room down to 75 degrees during the night ”

“Overall for the money spent, we had a good experience. While the building and rooms shows sign of age, everything from the lobby to the rooms were clean and organized. House keeping did a phenomenal job with their daily room cleanings. The staff was both friendly and helpful. Overall we had a good time at the Guest Inn. Really, our only two complaints were no continental breakfast which is advertised on Expedia, and the beds were extremely firm. ”

“It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.”

“This is an older budget motel. It has been updated and is well maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and location is good. Breakfast is very good. It's pet friendly as well. We asked for and received a ground floor room which was very convenient for our dog. Overall it was a good value and I would recommend it.”

“Did not like having to go down a flight of stairs, to the newer building in the south 40 acres, and up 3 flights of stairs for breakfast. There was the smell of Marijuana outside our room on 2nd floor of older building.”

“Hotel room was clean and updated. Had everything we needed and breakfast was decent. My only complaint is not enough parking close to our room. We had to park on the opposite side and walk around the building every evening. ”

Me and family loved it....we most definitely be reserving another condo in the very near future...I would definitely recommend this place.”
