“The staff was awesome. The initial appearance of the lobby and breakfast area was very nice and well kept. Once I walked past the elevators to my room on the 1st floor you could tell this area was not as updated. The room had an odor I could not place what or where it may have been coming from while in the room. The pillows also had a smell where I did not want to use them. The sheets looked cleaned and so did the pillowcases but do not know about the odor coming from the pillows besides the……

“First, the good: this is a perfectly located hotel for the nearby ballfield. The beds, pillows and sheets were some of the most comfy, rooms were very efficiently laid out with a built-in luggage stand, a place for your coat, fridge and microwave, etc. Bathroom was laid out nicely and spacious with great lighting. “Elevator was broken; stairway dirty, room was dirty; 3 cans of beer in refrigerator from previous guest??? When we turned the air on; smelled like urine- breakfast food fair; plastic ware and plates so cheap could not cut with w/ knife or fork; thin fragile sterofoamplates; would have left on arrival had it not been late and we were very tired also room above us sounded like a herd of cattle stomping around; unable to go to sleep; definitely would not stay again”

“The hotel smells like mold as soon as you walk in. The front deck staff don't even look up when you walk in the lobby. We had to set the a/c to the coldest setting and have the room fridged because if you don't, the room gets hot at night and you wake up sweating. The toilet paper hold was taped on with scotch tape and came forward and fall out of the wall. Do not recommend this hotel.”
