Lazy river packed, kids racing each other and shoving to get through. Hot tub beyond packed - standing room only. Line too long to justify wait for surf simulator. Stepped in food that had been spilled on the ground. So much food in area where there were no tables. Food in the bathroom sinks and ketchup/waterlogged pizza chunks on the counter in the waterpark. Bathroom in waterpark was dirty, no toilet paper and smelled like urine. We just wanted to leave. We spent the day in the room watching TV instead of swimming. Pretty gross when we were there. Regret staying here, but might have had a different experience if it wasn't bad timing on a busy day?"
