Electricity is included in short-term stays (<28 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. Should your stay be 28 nights or more, we will collect a security deposit before check-in.



Please note that a fully refundable security deposit in the amount of 600 USD will be collected before checkin, which will be refunded after checkout.

Beautiful complex and condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It had enough supplies to get us started for the week and chedraui was a short distance away. We enjoyed the roof top pool and gathering areas, the workout room, and Nestor at the front desk was a wealth of knowledge about how to get around. Martina was responsive when we needed something. This ground level unit felt very secure and safe. Thank you!
