“Beautiful location, clean modern rooms, ocean front pool and staff super helpful. The hotel electricity is run with a generator so no hair dryers, mini fridges and some rooms do not have aircon. But if you are looking for an authentic beach hut experience this is for you. Be sure to bring insect repellant.”

“It was nice, very accommodating”

“Room was very luxurious, swim out suite is worth it!”

“transporte local seria ideal..”

“I went with my family, I had made 2 room reservation and paid 260.00per room upfront charged to my credit card. Than when we checked in the front desk said I only had 1 room reservation. I repeatly told her we had 2 rooms. Only gave me 1. We checked all into one room. Than in night we went for dinner and returned back at 10 pm . The resort all dark and the check in girl tells me sorry I was correct that I had 2 rooms. I told her I'm not going to repack and move to room . I asked a refund for……

The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and……

“We had a wonderful experience at Kai Tulum! Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach and sea were clean, beautiful, and warm — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean. Another big advantage was the nearby Maya archaeological museum, which made the experience even more special for us. The location was excellent, and everything met our expectations. We would definitely recommend Kai Tulum to anyone visiting the area!”

“cómodo, céntrico, limpio, personal amable..”
