“The interior is homey and has large, comfortable beds. We enjoyed having parking and it only takes about 5 minutes to drive to the freeway, giving quick access to getting around the Salt Lake Valley. It's also a quick drive up the hill to the Zoo, and close to the Sugar House neighborhood which has lots of cute little cafes. It is on the intersection of two main roads, so it's a little noisy with cars going by, but if you're used to being in the city, it's nothing crazy. The accommodation was……

“We were so pleased with this home! It was perfect for our multi-generational family and had plenty of spaces offering privacy and time together. The backyard is lovely and the kitchen is quite cute with everything you need. Easy access to the house and great communication. Charming neighborhood and walkable to grocery & cafes/restaurants. Perfect location!”

“The property is nice and clean. The neighborhood is quiet. My only complaint is that someone stole things out of my rental car. This had nothing to do with the property but future renters should be made aware of thieves in the neighborhood. Don’t leave anything in your car and you will be ok. ”

“We traveled to Salt Lake City from Arizona to attend the Monster Jam World Finals, being able to stay in this wonderful home made our trip especially memorable, we truly felt at home here, the property is well stocked and exceptionally clean. There is plenty of room for large families, we enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood to some of the shops and eateries nearby. Kristin was exceptional and always there when we had questions.
