"The hotel was your average budget hotel, which is fine. The really poor thing was that the shower head was about 5'6" sbove the floor, so brush up on your limbo skills before staying there if you are taller than 5'6"."

"I stayed in this Hampton Inn three times. I always like the hotel that is not facing the main road; plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is good, 24 hours tea/coffee in the lobby area, parking is good, always feel safe. The air condition could be loud, it depends on which room you stay, we turned it off when we sleep. I wish they use liquid hand and shower soap instead of the bar soap."

"It is a beautiful historic hotel. Very relaxing. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Loved breakfast outside in court yard. Only there one night so did not use all amenities. Would stay there again."

"I recently stayed at a hotel in La Habra for two days, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.First, my room key kept not working, which forced me to go back and forth to the front office multiple times just to get into my room. That alone was frustrating and inconvenient.On top of that, the noise from the room above me was extremely loud. The guests were constantly walking and pacing, and I could hear everything very clearly. It was so bad that I couldn’t sleep or relax at all during my stay. I did report it, but nothing was done to fix the issue and the staff maids come into my room when I wasn’t aware of that. Overall, I did not feel comfortable or able to enjoy my stay, which defeats the purpose of booking a hotel in the first place. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the experience for future guests."
