“Everything was perfect until the morning we left. The cargo elevator stoped working. We called the elevator and waited for 20 minutes for it to come but nothing happened. So we had to carry down the huge luggages which took more time and energy and we were in a rush to catch a bus travelling to another place. It was 2 very high and steep stairs.
