Hotel shuttle would take you to places within 3 miles of hotel. To get to Boston the shuttle took us to train station. From there we road train to Boston downtown where everything was located. Alot of walking. Trolley's downtown but still wear your walking shoes. It rained all day the first day we went to Boston but we continued to stay downtown and went to aquarium/imax, which was a fast walk from train station until we found aquarium. Other days we road trolley's more and got to see more...

Very nice, clean modern hotel. Every hotel we stayed at after here (traveling a long ways) made us miss it. We stayed 3 nights and it was very enjoyable. Breakfast was also great.

Upon walking to the rooms, is all you need for a good time two work away from work - clean room, desk bathroom bed made to perfection. Great hotel for families visiting Boston. Free parking, pool for the kids, and breakfasts served before you go. Linda, our evening hostess was FANTASTIC. She answered our questions, took care of our needs and made sure we were comfortable. If visiting the city during the day, would recommend the I93 HOV lane to come back to the hotel. DO NOT take the "side streets" 128 or 138 back south to the hotel, and whatever your maps app might say, DO NOT take the Blue Hills parkway - you will sit in a...

We found so much charm in this building built in 1901. Great that they saved the old brick and humongous wooden beams. The laminate floors in the room feel brand new. Loved the kitchen
and two TV's. Nice service offered where you can leave a shopping list and they'll stock your fridge.
We thought 72 degrees was rather cool but were able to adjust easily. There are a few cool vegan friendly restaurants in a one block radius that the concierge did not know about - Green something (adjacent to...

Amazing hotel;especially for the price. Upon pulling up to The Godfrey we were met by the parking valet and doorman who helped us with our luggage. They were friendly and helpful with the Porter explaining if we needed any help with advice, etc he was available. The Valet advised us of the parking procedure and the cost (we knew it was an expensive $60/day but were not going traipse around the city looking for parking). We went into the well-appointed modern lobby and immediately greeted by the...
