"From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome. We booked the apartment for its two large bedrooms, but the main bedroom was locked. The host said they only open rooms based on the number of guests, which wasn't mentioned in the booking details. Luckily, she provided the code, and we were able to access the locked bedroom.The dishwasher was unusable due to a missing bottom rack. Only one burner on the stove worked.
