“Absolutely amazing. Dead-center of everything you'll want to see and do in Valparaiso. If you can, get a room with the terrace view, which provides direct access to the stairs to the roof and its stunning 360 degree views. The couple that runs this place are just lovely and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Our only complaint was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. A lot of the restaurants in the area served huge portions, and we had nowhere to put the leftovers.”

“Most of times most places are good but few are exceptional. This is definitely one of the exceptional ones. I just returned home after a visit to Latin America. While staying in this hotel, I had a medical situation that I had trouble dealing with given I knew nothing about the country and place nor did I speak Spanish. The hotel manager and his staff went way beyond their duty. They upgraded my room so I could have an excellent view of the entire city. The hotel manager even went to pharmacies……
