“It is the best hotel with a SPA in Druskininkai. Excellent massage procedures, relaxing atmosphere and top-notch customer service experience. I got a lovely surprise from the hotel restaurant for my birthday - a fruit basket and a bottle of champagne. We will come back for sure! ”

“Et flott hotell, men servisen kunne ha vært bedre. Restauranten var fin. Frokosten i helgen var god, men på ukedager har de tydeligvis ikke buffet - fordi vi måtte ta en tidlig buss rakk vi derfor ikke frokost den siste dagen og vi fikk ingen informasjon eller kompensasjon for dette. Vi ba resepsjonen bestille taxi for oss to ganger, men begge gangene ringte de ikke før vi kom ned. Engelskkunnskapene er begrensede. Rommet vårt ble heller ikke ryddet noen av dagene og jeg måtte hente nye håndkler……

“The hotel is good overall. The rooms are the highpoint. The spa area is rather small and the sauna was cold every day we were there, by cold I mean around 30 degrees, but the sign said it should be 75. That was disappointing. The food is extepsive: 25 eur for a main, 12-15 for a starter. And you will need a starter. So estimate 50 eur per person with a drink. Or you can go to town and get somilar quality for 1/2 the price. But the breakfast was very very good. Parking: 15 eur a night Gym:……

“Kambarys šaltas, nors veikė šildymas, pro langus košė vėjas. Sofa sulužus, pirtyje veikė tik viena pirtis ir bendrai patalpoje buvo šalta. Ir labai ne kaip atrodo ta arbata kambaryje už, kurią reikia susimokėti po 50 centų. Už tokią kainą ir “kokybę”, kurią gavom mažų mažiausiai arbata ir kava turėjo būti įskaičiuofa į kambario kainą. Niekur pasaulyje tokio bairio nemačiau :)”

“Pluses: the very center, nice avenue next with dancing fountains probably some 100 meters to walk, beautiful church infront, nice loby and restaurant surrounding. Building is probably from soviet era, but inside the room very clean. Minuses: not very friendly receptionist. We were told we must be present at the breakfast room from 8am to 9am (and explained it was because of covid reason to have less clients at the same time because later hours were booked).
