“Clean, convenient. Melanie kept in touch regarding access to the unit, etc. close to Seattle Center, nice grocery store across the street, friendly coffee shop on the corner. It is on a main street and is loud, making sleep difficult.”

“We were the 2nd family to stay at Ron’s. The home was well stocked with everything we needed even extra toiletries/hygiene supplies. It was supplied with all the cleaning supplies we needed. Extra towels, blankets, pillows and sheets. When we got there Ron was ready to hand us the keys (so it’s not contactless), he gave us a quick tour of the home to show us how to use the deep shower/bath, the washing machine, dishwasher, etc. the tv has a great sound system with surround sound, we had to……

“I stayed here for 6 days as part of the crew of a sail racing team. The apartment was really convenient for walking to the marina, downtown and to tourist attractions like the Space Needle. It was a very peaceful relaxing space and the kitchen was great for preparing simple meals. I can highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.”

“We got lucky and the night we arrived it was clear skies so we got to see the gorgeous sunset framed by the Olympic Mountains. (Other two nights were the typical wet, Seattle-gray skies, no mountain views.) Bed was good and you get a view while laying in it. Kitchenette great for breakfasts and reheating leftovers. The property manager was very helpful and very easy to get a hold of they have put TLC into their small space adjunct to their home. My rating would be 4.5 just as a few more visual details would be good.”

“This was one of the best places that we've stayed at! we were in town for a conference and like the ability to have a place to cook our food and eat healthy. the problem for us is that one of us is mold sensitive and sometimes it's hard to rent online and know what you're going to be getting. so I comb all the reviews to see if I can find anything about mold or musty smell or I look at a place in general to see if it looks dark or dreary and may possibly have mold. I have to say without a doubt……

“My friend and I recently stayed 5 nights here during Comic Con. It was nice to have a quiet spot after a busy day of activity. Parking was great in the alley. The living and kitchen area are huge and very comfortable. We cooked a few meals very easily. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. Perfect for 2 couples or 2 friends who need their own space! Lots of stairs to suite…but great rails in place. We had a some trouble with the door code at check in, but got super fast help from……
