“We have stayed in VRBOs all over the country and this was by far our worst experience. The pictures have to be altered! There were big stickers all over the walls to cover blemishes, water damage, etc… The condo is not in a great area. There are bars on the windows and doors. It was in complete disrepair. The bedding was stained and dirty. We walked in and immediately reached out to Sophie and told her we would not be staying bc it was so misrepresented. She asked if we were in the wrong……

There's free parking for the car.The apartment has everything you need – air conditioning, a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen area with a stove and fridge.When we noticed that the non-stick coating on the pans was peeling, Sophie arranged for a brand new stainless steel set the same……

“After I reserved and paid for the property, the owner let me know it is not available and asked me to move to a different unit. This was last minute, so I didn't really have a choice. They said the new unit is better, but it didn't have a king size bed, which was why I chose the other unit. This unit was very minimal, with almost no amenities. So we could not use the kitchen as we had hoped to. No extra toilet paper, towels, blankets... The one blanket on the bed was dirty. The worse……

“Took almost 2 hours before I heard from the host to check in. The room looked clean until you turn the lights on, roaches everywhere. Silverware rusty sheets and pillow case dirty. ”

“My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and……

“Neptune Villas was an amazing place to stay in Turks and Caicos. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the whole area feels peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. Our villa had its own little pool, which was a great spot to relax after being out in the sun. The full kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook, and the extra amenities made our beach days so much easier. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a place I’d happily return to.”

“The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.”
