  • Apartment located in the Historic Centre of Venice, just 300 metres from the Rialto Bridge, a very central area but at the same time very quiet in the evening. The apartment consists of a living area with a small lounge, dining table and kitchen corner, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Rates include sheets and towels. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). (ID: IT027042C2EFVX3DWO).

The location of this apartment cannot be beat! So close to everything you would want to see in Venice. We stayed here for 3 days and it was perfect. Very close to tourist attractions but not directly in them so you have other options of restaurants and shops that are not tourist traps. Would recommend for your stay if you just want to just wander around Venice but also see some of the sites! Inside has necessities for your stay and air conditioning worked very well for the summer. Overall, best part was location, which is really what you need in Venice!

No kitchen hot water for a week.

Poor attention to systems functioning properly before arrival. Difficult to unlock apt.door.Clear instructions needed. Broken plug in bathroom sink. AC remote dead.

Great Experience

This was my first time in Venice and we ended up being very happy with the location for the apartment. It was an easy walk from the water taxi stop and an easy walk to the Rialto Bridge. Initially I considered staying on the other side of the bridge closer to St. Mark's Square, but once we were there I was glad we didn't. That side was much more crowded and touristy with all the high end stores. Even though the Rialto Market area is also touristy, it still felt more "local". As far as the apartment itself, we were very happy with it. It has a lot of character and worked perfectly for our needs. The owner communicated everything we needed to know about check-in beforehand and we didn't really need to communicate anything after that. There is a small canal outside the bedroom windows, which provided a nice little view as well. Overall, we were happy with this choice and if I came back, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
