“We booked this reservation and by the date of arrival we had not received any communication or check in instructions from host. We messaged host the night before arrival as not receiving any communication was unusual from our previous VRBO stays. We were coming from a distance so we were very concerned. We did not hear back from our message to the host so we contacted VRBO who attempted to contact the host but could not reach them so we ended canceling mid morning date of arrival and had to……

“The hotel is new. We could do the prior check in online that made the check in time shortened. It offers free parking and complimentary breakfast that fits for our family of 5. The making up service is perfect as we see the cleaning staff made very detail cleaning. The hotel staff were also very friendly to our kids. We love the location near Seattle Premium Outlets. We will visit again if we go to Seattle next time.”
