“The apartment was immaculate and just the right size for my wife and me. Communication with the owner was very accommodating. One of the two small air conditioning units was not working, so the owner offered to set us up in a different apartment which we declined. The one working unit kept the apartment comfortable. Our overall experience with the apartment and the owner was very positive! We plan to contract with her again on our next trip to St. Augustine.”

“Perfect for a couple, fairly close walk to downtown st. George st. Parking was tight but wasn't a issue. Enjoyed the stay and recommended to others!”

“Excellent space for 2 families (one family with 2 kids who shared a bed) two other rooms with full bathrooms for couples. Very firm bed. Parking spot in front of house was good and walking a few blocks to downtown. Communication was scripted at specific times. The microwave never worked after several attempts, even unplugging and plugging back in so sent message but never a response until we checked out 2 days later. I was happy we didn’t have any other problems because I’m not sure how……

“The condo is cute and comfortable. It is quite small. The description is pretty accurate. It has a beautiful beach view for sunrise. It has two coffee makers and there were some keurig pods and coffee available to start, which was nice. The kitchen appliances are fine - the cookware is rough. The condos are situated on the beach, with a private dune walkover and a lovely pool.”

“Room was nice. There were several blips but we survived. Location good. Beach access awesome. Pet friendly great. The inside of the room was a little dated. Air conditioning in bedroom didn’t blow cold air for 3 days. Until my husband figured it out. TV in bedroom doesn’t work unless light switch is on. Nobody told us that. The keypad to sign in isn’t lit up so at dark be prepared to have a light. The hair dryer provided has a short in it. You have to hold the cord a certain way to use.……

“This unit was perfect for our quick visit to St. Augustine. It had everything we needed and the location cannot be beat. The host was very responsive , the unit was clean, and the bed was comfy. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in St. Augustine!”

“Highlights; nice property and private parking, clean room & bathroom and some kitchen amenities, located close to several restaurants, 10 min walk to main city and Intercoastal waterfront. One lowlight; one small window AC unit in bedroom (runs continuously) to cool entire area - bedroom, kitchen/Entry area & bathroom, which could be an issue on hot days/evenings. Overall, nice small unit for one or two if a short stay.”
