ESPACIO CENTRO CÓMODO

UBICACIÓN increíble! Situado en la zona alta ecléctico. Disfrutar de nuestra tranquila y apacible apartamento en primera planta con cocina completa. Cama grande y sofá / cama.
paseo muy corto (100 yardas) de tiendas, restaurantes, bicicletas y alquiler de motos, así como lugares de interés. La playa es también un corto de 10 minutos a cualquiera de playa Vilano o St. Anastasia parque de estado.
Este es un gran lugar para aparcar el coche y no volver a conducir hasta que se vayan. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesita. El dormitorio tiene una cómoda cama de matrimonio. El baño está equipado con una cabina de ducha. Nuestro salón tiene un sofá que también sirve como una cama doble hacia abajo. El comedor se sienta en un rincón luminoso y soleado del apartamento, perfecto para sentarse y disfrutar de una taza de café. La cocina está bien equipada y tiene todo lo necesario para las comidas en casa o sólo una simple taza de café. Va a encontrar el apartamento que estaba muy limpio, seguro, libre de humo y cómoda. La televisión en el apartamento sólo juega Netflix, las instrucciones para el televisor están en el apartamento. No hay ningún cargo para cualquiera de las películas o programas en Netflix.

El apartamento está situado en la zona alta de San ecléctica Agustín. Esta zona es conocida por sus exclusivas tiendas de antigüedades y también se conoce como el barrio antiguo. Hay muchos grandes casas de estilo victoriano a las pequeñas casas pintorescas. Esta zona es de fácil distancia a pie a la fortaleza de Castillo, frente a la bahía y el resto de St. histórico Agustín.

We had a great stay. We only stayed for one night. We wanted somewhere we could walk to St. George street from and this was the perfect location. Quick and easy walk there and back. The place was just as described and the pictures were accurate. Couch was comfy, we enjoyed a quick Power Nap on it! Very clean and had all the essentials. There is a designated parking space which is fantastic. The AC unit is only in the living room as someone else stated but we left the bedroom door open and had the fan on and it kept the bedroom a decent temperature as well. The bed itself was a little hard for my usual liking and dipped in the middle a bit, but overall it was fine and I slept okay. Bathroom and kitchen had all the essentials. My only suggestion would be getting a shower stand or shower basket to set soap and shampoo bottles in inside the shower. Overall everything was great! We would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us!

Very clean. Accommodating. Shower did have shelf and no safety mat( floor slippery), no soap for shower. No air conditioning in bedroom, had to keep living room unit unit.

Perfect place to stay!

This place is small but cute. It's a short walk to downtown and there are plenty of places nearby to explore. It is quiet for the most part but on Friday and Saturday night one of the restaurants was hopping with activity. It didn't seem to go late though. I would stay again if I was ever in the area.

Perfect spot. Walking distance to just about everything Place was clean just what we needed for the weekend. Only thing missing was a dish towel and maybe a dish rack to dry when you wash the dishes Will stay here again ands definitely recommend

Perfect Location!

We were in town for the Celtic Festival, which we have been attending annually for 10 years. It can be difficult to find a hotel for festival weekend so we tried a VRBO. This property checked all the boxes...location...price...clean. wexhavexalready booked

Cute Spot Just Shy of Downtown

We were so glad to find this place for our trip to St. Augustine! We were there during the Nights of Lights and it was CROWDED. It was incredibly nice to be able to walk a short distance from the fort and historic downtown to a quiet and clean apartment in a local neighborhood. Carl was responsive and offered assistance if we needed it while we were there. If you're looking to visit downtown, this place is perfect and makes you feel like part of the neighborhood. There were a ton of local businesses just around the corner and breakfast/coffee was only a short distance from there. I couldn't recommend this spot enough.

Great location

The place is only half a mile from the fort and St George street, so for us it was perfect since it’s a short walk to everything we wanted, but wasn’t loud at night since it wasn’t in the middle of all the shops. There are still a few places to eat or get ice cream within a two minute walk though, so it really is a great location. There is off street parking, which is very nice, and the place looks just like the pictures. We would definitely stay there again!
