“Very clean and beautiful property. Game room is in a separate building, not part of the actual house. Host had added accommodations that added a special touch. The price for one night was high, but we knew that going in.”

“We have stayed at several places using VRBO and this was probably the best overall. Location - Very peaceful. Plus not too far of a drive to all kinds of activities. The cabin was beautifully decorated and the amenities...well you really dont need anything because it has been provided. Only minor inconvenience was no closet or dresser, so had to live out of our suitcase. Also our adult son came with us. His bed was almost too small. But these were very minor and did not have any effect on our……

“Place was overall nice. But the master room has no lock on the bedroom door, cabinet in the kitchen was broken, master bedroom outside door to the patio had no handle. So you couldn’t get back into your room. Matt was great he answered any questions that I had! Mostly clean place.”

“The location is amazing, and the overall setting made for a nice weekend getaway. However, considering how expensive the cabin was, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness. The sheets had an unpleasant smell and did not feel fresh or newly changed, which made us uncomfortable. The exterior of the cabin also needed more attention. There were a lot of bugs and debris stuck to the outside of the glass and windows, and it looked like they had not been cleaned in quite some time. The location……

“Great location by the apple house which has the best doughnuts and there is C&C icream around back. Vabrissa brewing isnt too far, they have great food and beers. Its located intown near some great local shops. The house cozy, comfortable and clean. The mattress are ones I would purchase for my own bed, and the game room downstairs is a bonus.Down river canoe company is also in the area and they provide day trips. You can canoe, kayak, or tube down the Shenandoah river.Come here and enjoy the……

“The house and property itself is beautiful, and is located conveniently in respect to Shenandoah NP and Luray. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. However, there were some issues with cleaning that required our group to vacuum and re-wash linens upon arrival. The host was very communicative and worked to remedy the issues quickly.”

“Property and cabin was very clean and well stocked. Location was great to get to wineries. We saw deer and fox in the back yard, very peaceful.”

“This property is so peaceful and cozy. Matthew is a great host as well. Due to the time of year that we went, there were some insects but Matthew was all over it. He was very understanding and made sure that it was taken care of. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“Great place to stay. Will come again!”
