“The hotel was very dated. The courtyard and surrounding area was well maintained. The issue occurred upon checking into the room. Our first room was an adjoining room with a door in between and we could hear every word and bark of the dog. Very thin walls. Staff was accommodating to get us another room but it was also very dated. It looked like they were updating some of the rooms but ours was not great. Also went from 2 beds to a king.”

“When i first got there the front desk employee was super nice he was helpful i needed to change my comforter he was able to do so with no problem now when it came to waking up realizing they had bed bugs i took pictures went to the front desk wanted a refund for both nights i booked i didnt even stay a full night this a different person at the front now he refused to give me a full refund kept saying i was lying and started yelling i have video proof of that as well as the bed bugs moving and……
