“Clean room and hotel overall. Polite staff at the front desk and cleaning team. This is one of the best properties Virginia Beach has to offer. On-site restaurant Tulu was a hit and miss we found. The female attendant at the beach offering chairs and umbrellas we found to be unnecessarily rude.”

“I had requested early check in. No worries if it’s not available but to be told “your room will be ready in five minutes” for 1.5 hours is completely unacceptable. We could have gone to dinner but instead we had to rush to our event without showers or dinner while we watched so many people check in. For them not to have house cleaning go clean our room was very lacking in customer service. Then when we finally got our room, the maid was still cleaning for another 15 minutes. When we returned……

“Staff were incredibly friendly, and the property itself was beautiful. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the restaurant and spent a great deal of time at the pool. Our room was also very spacious and clean. The only downside was the temperature in the room. Despite setting the AC to its lowest setting, temperatures reached 78–80°F during the day and remained around 75–78°F at night. Because the room was often uncomfortable, we ended up spending more time in the common areas. Fortunately, those……

The staff sent maintenance and it was fixed in minutes.The room was clean and had an amazing view. We watched the dolphins play from our balcony! An apology was made via AI, I guess,.for the rude behavior of the front desk.The valet parking guys were amazing and very helpful. ”
