"The was not clean upon arrival. There's a huge water stain on the ceiling. You can't open the bathroom door all the way, it hits the toilet and and the toilet is very off center and wobbly as a result. The hair dryer doesn't work, the phone doesn't work, and we had to have our room key reprogrammed ..."

"Was originally going to give 5 star review hotel was clean pool was clean rooms clean check in and check out was very quick but my last night the ac stopped working and they said no maintenance on duty and had to switch people around so no more rooms other than that it was good"

"We enjoyed our trip and it was the relaxation we needed. The place was clean and staff were friendly. The only thing I would say is it needs several upgrades. It looks like they have plans upcoming. I believe that most of the boardwalk that things are outdated. I would definitely use them again."

"Check in was easy and the staff was very welcoming. Our view was immaculate and both the room were clean. There is definitely a need for some renovations. The carpets were dingy and tattered and a chair in our one room was stained and moldy so we removed it. One of the lamps also had mildew on it ..."
