“Everything was perfect. The only thing the property needs to do is to invest some money to get an electrity generator for the lights and WiFi. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my time the property. “This place is even better than the reviews give it credit for. It's modern, spacious, and the customer service is attentive. It has a pool, and although it does not have a gym, there's a really wonderful park with running trails next door. On top of that, it's quite literally steps away from Melrose Arch, close enough to food and attractions, but far enough to be quiet at night. I've stayed in many different places in the city, and this may be my new go-to place to stay in Joburg!”

“This is a fine basic residential apartment. I had a nice stay and no major problems. The wifi was fine. The kitchen is sparsely supplied. The A/C worked well. The rooms were serviced well. Sometimes the gate was unlocked and unattended at night. I think there is a sewage leak in the main parking lot, which was unpleasant. The mattress could do with being replaced. There is a nice restaurant on one side; but there is a squatter dwelling on the other side.”

“My second stay here. I have no problem with is place. I love the location. The major challenge is the check-in and check-out time. Then again some of the staff are not friendly. The hotel cancelled my initial booking under the pretext that I needed to confirm. They didn't contact me despite hotel.com contacting them that they are conforming to my booking. theses created a lot of confusion which was later sorted out by hotels.com ”

“This property was a pleasant surprise. I was better quality than I expected. Actually it was nice. The only downfall I saw was they don’t pre-authorise your creditcard to allow for accidentals such as room service, washing clothes. So the room service you have to pay separately and the washing of clothing you have to go to the front desk to pay first before they will deliver the washed clothes, very inefficient. ”
