“Very good ”

“Staff was very nice however our room had 0 hot water which we didnt find out till midnight but for the money it was clean and a nice place to lay our heads for the night”

“ok”

“good”

“The room is just for sleeping and there is no drawer for clothes hangers. When asked, the office staff said that they don't provide any. So there is no cup for brushing teeth and no hot water kettle for making coffee. It is very simple and the charges are not cheap. The only advantage is that it is very convenient near the shopping mall.”

“This is a nice property near downtown Davis. Check in was 4 PM, not 3 PM as stated on the Expedia website. Overall a good experience, but the only issue was the sound of trains. You can hear a train horn all night long once every hour or so. It woke me up in the middle of the night.”

“Very nice owner”

“Front dest was friendly. Spacious room and comfortable bed.”

“Not clean. Lots of bugs on the bed. Room is big. Also my room seems like recently furnished so it has paint odor”

“Tranquilidad”

“It was close to grocery stores and food places. Staff was friendly!”

“Bed came only with two pillows, we asked for more and they only gave two more and refused to give four. Only bar soap in the bathroom, no other toilitries. The outside is a little worn down, but the room was clean and upgraded to basic floors and bathroom. No in room fridge or microwave, basic bedroom for basic price. Close to shopping and food, and freeway access. Area felt safe.”

“Staff is friend but did something wrong on my payment transaction, needed to wait for a long time to fix it in the middle of the night when I checked in. Room is big, just the Bedding is not very clean, triggered my allergy.”
