I did not eat breakfest. There was no jacuzzi, which i was expecting. Location is very convenient, i had to work and take bart which was just a 5 min walk across the street.

GREAT Location and GREAT hosts.
What a wonderful experience, the Jaz itself is about as nice as a houseboat can get, and Sandra was an amazing host, she even decorated the place for our anniversary as a surprise. This is the type of rental that gives Air b&b/vrbo a good name.
