“My room had a restroom leak from the ceiling and they weren’t able to issue me a new room. I had to get up multiple times at night to empty out the bucket where water was collecting. I brought it up to the staff once again when I was checking out and all they said was they were sorry. They didn’t give me a discount or money back for the inconvenience. I just feel that if I paid full price for my hotel stay my expectations should have been met by at least providing me a well kept room.”

“Clean rooms, staff very attentive, breakfast plenty of choices for self serve. Shopping/dining is at your doorstep and within walking distance of everything.”
