“The room was not fully cleaned or inspected. The filter for the AC was out and we were asked to put it back in ourselves, but the AC unit was extremely filthy! The shower had a piece broken off the wall and hanging.”

“The hotel was clean and well maintained. We had a free happy hour and it was super. Staff was helpful and friendly. I wish the AC was a bit quieter. It sounded a bit high. Our bathroom was beautiful, clean, modern and new. The location was super convenient and close to many places we wanted to visit. We will reserve this hotel again if we go to Savannah!!”

“Check-in was great, she was such a nice lady. Our room floor when we stepped on water was coming out between vinyl tiles, I thought ac was leaking but when we were leaving room to go out we realize hallway tiles are also un even and seems like flooded somehow. Bathtub is terrible no way you can get in. We got stock in the elevator, maintenance guy opened the door we need to jump out of the elevator between floor from 2nd to 1st. This property definitely need an update”

“The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and offered to check us in early when we asked about the shuttle service to the concert at the coliseum that evening. Bar was very convenient. We did not try the restaurant but heard great things about it from other friends in our group”

“The hotel was good. It was expedia that was the problem. I understand some penalty for canceling part of the reservation but for it to be the cost of the room is ridiculous!”
