“From the time i walked in to the time i left everybody was just amazing..so helpful, so understaning, amazing people works there..the one that stood out was elizabeth she was the breakfast attended, she talked to me for a couple of minutes maybe she seen in my face i was going through something, she took the time to listen, to me thats very imporant...a kind heart ...”

“Parking was a bit crowded. Had to park out back every night. Some boats and rvs took up too many close spots instead of parking out back”

“Recent severe storm! Emergency exit damaged. Water leaking in the room! steady Stream! Staff closed room and placed me in a much better room. recently remodeled! Several leaks in dining area! Influx of knats in dining area! Staff very helpful. TV's signals not always working due to recent power outage! ”

“When I checked in, I did not realize it was smoking room so I went back to a front and asked him to if I could change the room to non-smoking. They change my room without any hassle and I am very thankful for that and the staff who worked there”

“Everything was good except the wifi, it was terrible.”

“Air conditioning did not work on arrival and they did move me eventually to another room. Also fitness room equipment did not work. None of items electrical worked but were all plugged in with no signs they were broken.”

“It was a nice hotel. The outside looks old but inside was beautiful. Breakfast was good but there was no egg. Egg is the main thing for breakfast. The service was good just checking in that was difficult and we paid $20 for check in early. We’re from out of town and checking in in other hotels wasn’t hard but microtel was gave us a hard time. We checked out 3 hours early so I don’t know why checking in was difficult. Holiday inn and other nice hotels I stayed at always ok with me checking in……
