“Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight.”

“This place is beautiful and easy to find and it’s a great place overall, but if you are staying on a lower floor you NEED the earplugs left for you. Without the earplugs, I wouldn’t have slept without them and thankfully they were provided beside the bed. If you aren’t a person who is woken by footsteps above you, this place is most likely perfection! It’s easy to park, spacious, and felt safe at all times! “The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!”

“The home was extremely comfortable for our family and perfectly positioned between The Factory and Downtown Franklin. I wish they would have had a least 6 towels stocked for our party of 3 so I didn’t have to do laundry during our short 2 night stay but that was the only slightly inconvenient part.
