“Place is ok but somewhat dated and in need of some repairs. I was in 765. Some on the wall paper is peeling in the bathroom. Switching between tub and shower not working well. Tub drain hard to hold water. Bathroom towel shelf is coming loose off the wall. There is a high pitch whine coming from the hall in the third floor. ”

“We had a fantastic time at the Riverside. We loved the Boise River next to the property. We loved the music at the Sandbar nightly. The garden walk was unbelievable and we enjoyed Telaya Winery next door to the Riverside. ”

“The rooms were fantastic, especially for the price. The hot tub was a cloudy and could probably used a drain/clean and ventilation in the pool room wasn't great. It did get much better once the door to outside was propped open though.”

“Our 3 night stay was wonderful Only maintenance issue was the garbage disposal was not working properly and the waterl would not drain properly in the kitchen sink. Totally recommend.”

“My TV didn't work properly when I checked in. I reported it to the front desk (Jasper I beleive) and he immediately came to my room to check it out, and was unable fix it. He then offered a new room or to wait for a technician. I opted for a new room, which he set up right away. He helped me move my luggage to the new room. I thought he did a super job of quicklly solving this problem.”

“Very nice value property, close to the airport but not adjacent to airport of freeway (they have a shuttle but I didn't need it). The self-serve breakfast is top-flite, as these go. Hot dishes plus good variety and fresh fruit.”

“bad WiFi speed and they give room nearby stair, it is very noisy when customers move up-down especially their housekeeper always runs fast.”

Nobody could speak English nor could they communicate with someone that couldn’t speak Spanish every day nothing but a headache finally just told him to just stay out. Try to get towels can’t communicate with them. I would not recommend this property for myself or others due to housekeeping in capable of communications”

“Great pool! Spacious room with very comfortable beds. Toilet did not flush properly-tub did not drain while showering. Breakfast was fair-could use more fruit.”
