Great place to stay in DC

Amazing location! Great communication with the host. Check in and check out was super easy. The rentable parking space is incredibly convenient. Over all a solid choice in the DMV.

Lacking cleanliness and comfort

My husband and I recently stayed at this property in early December and the experience was lacking. The location of the property was great and the neighborhood was adorable. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The room, especially the kitchen and bathroom, needed a deep clean. There were yellow and brown stains on the walls in the bathroom, along with cracks in the wall and dust and hair on all the baseboards. The kitchen silverware was dirty and sticky, the stove had brown grease on the inside hood, and the tea kettle had old, smelly water in it. The kitchen trash can was broken. To make matters worse, the heat was broken for the first 2 nights of our stay. This was particularly frustrating as the weather was very cold, making the space very uncomfortable. On top of that, the water in the shower was barely warm throughout the stay. Taking a cold shower in an already chilly room was miserable. The hosts provided a space heater the first night and we were told they were working on fixing it. We didn’t have any further communication/updates and the heat was eventually fixed after the second night. There was a Keurig machine with coffee pods provided which was nice. The price for the location was a great value, however cleanliness, heat, and hot water are essentials. I would not stay here again. I can’t recommend it to others as overall this was a disappointing experience.

Charming flat at a beautiful location

Enjoyed my stay. The small flay was charming and clean. The neighborhood was just beautiful in the spring. Great location, great stay !

Lovely charming apt.

Sunny, pleasant apt in a safe, convenient neighborhood. Bed was very comfortable & nice to have a full kitchen for our 8 day stay.Lots of restaurants nearby.
