“Clean and comfortable”

“Only problem was breakfast. Not good. Expect that quality at cheaper hotel. Restaurant (Elly’s) 1 block away. Also have bagels, yogurt if you prefer.”

“It’s old but ok I will say”

“Lobby提供檸檬水和爆米花，是蠻特別的一項服務”

“早餐很豐富，有多樣選擇，服務人員態度非常親切，環境很優雅，值得再次造訪”

“Nice”

“Our room 326 was clean we have been always staying here when we visit our family in Gurnee..we come to this hotel 3-5 times a year”

“The breakfast was never available when it was supposed to be. Even though I was always one of the first in line to get the meal the food was often barely warm. I discovered that some employees were rolling out the hot food and leaving it unattended for more than five minutes before placing it in the warmer. The room had some cleanliness issues as well as not properly supplied”
