“We were appreciative to have a place to rest, as our originally booked hotel had overbooked and could not accommodate us. Fortunately, we only needed a room for a few hours. Had our stay required more time, we would have continued our search elsewhere. The toilet in our room was not functioning properly. Although the handyman was courteous, his only solution provided—lifting the tank lid to manually flush—should not be acceptable for a paid guest room. Additionally, one of the pillows had……

“The front people terrible”

“Bathroom needs maintenance. Caulking black in the shower. Walltex wallpaper loose next to shower. Sink electrical outlet didn’t work. Telephone buttons broken. No answer at the front desk or housekeeping this morning when I tried to get help. Breakfast was pretty good. Check out was easy.”

“My room was very clean, the bed was incredible. The staff was kind, helpful and ensured I had everything I needed. The hair dryer didn’t work but that wasn’t a big deal for me. I highly recommend it.”
