“This four-bedroom house was perfect for the six of us. There was plenty of room for us to not bump into each other all the time. The rooms are nicely laid out, and the bedrooms are very large, and the beds very comfy. The bedroom with the twin beds on the first floor is a suit unto itself. Room to park four cars. We really enjoyed our stay. There are two minor safety issues. First, the first row of bricks in the walkway, next to the driveway, are loose. And second, the large rug in the living……

“Very good location. Close to beach, bike trail, and a great breakfast place called the Kitchen. The house was equipped and comfortable. I would imagine in the summertime if would be an ideal spot with the rail trail right there and close proximity to fun summer things. Really nice owners and great communication as needed.”

The tiny house was just what we needed, as it was perfectly located near so many places we wanted to go too, and also had everything we needed in such a small and affordable place. The place is super small and the mattress is not the most comfortable, but if you are like us and just need a place to rest your head a couple days so you can go out and check out the Cape all day this is the place for you! So worth it and will be……

We received friendly and informative communication from the management company before, during, and after our stay, and the home was just as it was pictured and described in the listing. My husband and I were traveling with our 6 month old and 3 year old daughters, our dog, and another couple, and the cozy house was set up perfectly for us. Two of the bedrooms are great sizes (especially the upstairs……

“The house comes with everything we needed. The kitchen is well equiped and the gas fireplace was very cosy. The small fenced backyard was fine for letting the dog out in the morning without having to gear up to go out. It is an easy walk to downtown for dinner and short drive to all the ocean you could ever want!”

“The home was clean and spacious for our family. Restaurants and grocery stores were very close. Access to a beach was within minutes. The back yard was a perfect spot for hanging out in nice weather. The ONLY negative thing was that there was no heat in the basement where my son wanted to sleep. A space heater would have been a nice addition. But that’s not enough really to complain about. It wasn’t freezing down there.”
