“We have been renting on the Cape for close to 20 years and our family has grown. This gem of a house was perfect for us. We had plenty of space and privacy while also enjoying the gathering areas like the dining room, living room and fire pit! We were close to the beaches and a short drive away from Ptown. “I cannot recommend this property highly enough. This was our second stay here and I have no doubt we will be returning for a third! The location on the beach is spectacular and the property itself is wonderful. It is close to great restaurants and there is a grocery store nearby. Long, one level house with bedrooms at either end (enables high degree of privacy for a couple). The house (although not the waterfront itself) is very accessible for the mobility challenged, including broad flat patio off the back. ”

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
