“Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. ”

The building too is quite new and well kept.We loved being able to walk in to the centre of Oxford in around 35 mins (despite the weather) but did look at using Uber or Bolt, neither of which serve the area interestingly… at least when we visited.Nice place to stay. ”

“Lovely property near to many local amenities, better suited to a family with children rather than 6 full size adults, not because it’s small but just the logistics of seating/lounging/eating. Great garden and outdoor space, loads of hot water for everyone! ”

“Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. “The studio is about a 25 minute walk from the train station—easily walkable if you have one rolling bag. Otherwise, cab is convenient and under 10 pounds. Excellent communication re: self check-in. Our unit was atop 20 steps and an ‘attic’ unit with short ceilings on one half, which was a bit of a challenge for us at over 6’ tall. We managed fine, however. “We were visiting the Christmas lights at Blenheim palace and decided to make a weekend of it and found the studio at Long Hanborough an ideal place to stay with it being so close and also with a railway station within walking distance to be able to get to Oxford for a visit. The studio contains everything you need for a short break and with the George and Dragon pub next door to top a wonderful weekend off”
