“The “updated” bungalow has water and mold damage that is painted over. The sockets jiggle in and out of the wall when you plug in a heavy appliance like a blow dryer. Both nights we were awakened at 3am by the carbon monoxide detectors going off; the first night we were advised to call the authorities who said the detector was defective.
