Late check in was great to have. Room was very clean and smelled good as soon as we walked in. It was also an updated room which was nice. It was also in a convenient location and a safe neighborhood. The only strange thing was the bathroom door had a gap in it so it wasn’t very private but we were there one night so it wasn’t a big deal.

This recently renovated hotel had modern, well appointed rooms and was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable but the pillows were not at all comfortable. I loved the morning breakfast area with its generous seating, many breakfast items, coffee, teas and juices.

What I love best about this motel is how close it is to Splish Splash and the low price includes continental breakfast. The lobby and my room were completely updated, cute and modern. Very clean, comfy new beds and huge shower with great water pressure. The Peconic River is in the backyard of the motel and there are lots of picnic tables. Highly recommend for a 2-day fest at Splish Splash!!

The room was very clean. There is no carpeting on the floor, which was refreshing and made everything feel cleaner. The bathroom had a large walk in shower and a bathtub. Air conditioning worked well. There were a lot of people outside smoking in the main parking area where the door to my room was. I asked the staff to move my room and they were very accommodating. There was another side to the facility, which was separate from the main parking area. This was an unexpected overnight stay and the accommodations were good.

The hotel was conveniently located and staff very friendly. The room was probably one of the smallest I’ve ever been in, and there was no closet, but it was very comfortable and otherwise had everything I needed - a very nice space!
