“Absolutely love this property! It was perfect for me and my wife and our small dogs. Super easy to get to with a very convenient, yet quiet location. Also, if you're not local and are still seeing the pictures from when the lake was drained, it is back and is wonderful!”

“Property was very nice and convenient to where we were going in Mt Pleasant and Midland One item to improve on is having some K-cup coffee pods available for your Keurig coffee maker Will be back next year”

“So close to everything! Really enjoyed the area.”

“This place was cute and cozy! The view of the lake was very beautiful! The host, Cindy, had quick communication and was accommodating. I would for sure stay here again!!”

“Jonathan's home was as promised. The home was clean and inviting. Everything you would need for a short or extended stay was provided. The Frederick's Special Coffee beans was a welcomed extra! We'll definitely stay here if we're ever in Mt. Pleasant again.”

“The area is so charming, made for a romantic getaway. We loved exploring together.”

“We had a great home away from home stay! Thank you so much for the lovely stay.”

“Location's perfect, really easy to get around!”

“Our stay at Schambra House was absolutely perfect! We came to Midland to enjoy the mid-century architecture and had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in it during our stay. The home has been carefully preserved by Matt and Julie and they did a fantastic job. Phenomenal hosts and an awesome property!”

“The house was huge and checked all the boxes for exactly what we needed. We were in town for a concert and our uber ride was less than 10 minutes to soaring eagle. House had all the amenities needed, check-in and check-out was super smooth. Will stay again while in town.”

“The house was very clean, and spacious. We appreciated the ping pong table, the arcade machine and especially the massage chair! We would definitely stay again at this location.”

“The property is better than advertised. We’re big fans of Mid Century Modern home design, and the home is furnished to match. Julie and Matt got in touch with us before we arrived, and asked if there was anything special we needed. I explained that sometimes I need to sleep sitting up (old age ), and that i was checking into renting a lounger type chair for the 5 weeks we would be there. They told me to hold off and they would see if they could find a used one to buy for our visit. The next……

“Great property. Exactly what we needed. Thank you.”

“We could not have been happier with this property! It was the perfect place. Clean and great size. Close to everything we did. Would definitely come back. Thank you”

“There were plenty of rooms for everyone and lots of space. We ended up 20 people of all ages and had plenty of room. The kids and the adults enjoyed the game room upstairs. Just know that the kitchen is not set up for a lot of cooking. We brought prepared meals, but I know there are catering options. Thankfully there is plenty of refrigerator space. ”
