“Staff has no personality!! Curtains all ripped on the outside view. Just not a good vibe at all . Was cheaper and now I know why!! Back to comfort Inn . Clean and friendly at comfort Inn. I guess you get what you pay for. ”

Our TV had a small issue and within 1 minute of calling to let the front desk know, they came straight to the room and fixed it immediately. The hotel staff was very friendly all the way around. We enjoyed the room so much it was very comfortable. ”
