“When I got there the two employees at the front desk were great. The room was ok not wow'ed. Traveling solo for one night it was fine. I walked into a sticky spot on the carpet, little concerning, not knowing what it was. None of the areas (reception area, elevator and room) were filthy, but definitely could be cleaned much better. There was much more hallway (inside) and traffic (outside) noise than I've experience at any other hotel. Over all the hotel needs some TLC (tender loving care). ……

Our TV had a small issue and within 1 minute of calling to let the front desk know, they came straight to the room and fixed it immediately. The hotel staff was very friendly all the way around. We enjoyed the room so much it was very comfortable. ”

“Very clean room and our check-in with Eve was very smooth. Not having stayed overnight at any hotels in quite a while, we were surprised that there was no longer a free breakfast, nut this is probably to be expected now.”

“Kind of a tired bunch of rooms, water in shower and sink doesn’t drain properly and front desk is not available or helpful during checkin activities, Safety wise the entry doors from parking lot do not work with key cards assigned and outside lighting was not great. Stick to re-entry from front lobby. Definitely works for a cheap Overnight trip to the casino and a music concert as an affordable place to rest before heading home.”
